基于主成分分析的机务人员维修保障能力评价

Evaluation of Maintenance Support Capability of Aviation Aircraft Crew Based on Principal Component Analysis

摘要: 针对当前部队对机务维修保障人员能力评估方法较为单一问题,构建了机务人员维修保障能力评价模型,结合实例提出了应用主成分分析法进行机务人员维修保障能力评价的方法和步骤,并给出了评估结果。通过计算分析得到的评估结果客观合理,验证了该方法对于机务维修保障多指标评价体系的评估结果具有一定的可信度和实用性。为进一步加强机务维修保障人才队伍建设提供了参考和依据。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the traditional evaluation method of maintenance support personnel’s ability and quality is single,a new method for maintenance support personnel’s ability and quality evaluation model is proposed.The methods and steps of quality evaluation of maintenance support capability of maintenance personnel by principal component analysis method are put forward and the evaluation result is given.The evaluation results obtained through calculation and analysis are objective and reasonable,which verifies that the method has certain credibility and practicability for the evaluation results of the multi-index evaluation system of maintenance support.It provides reference and basis for further strengthening the construction of maintenance personnel team.
