螺纹连接防松技术研究及试验验证

摘要: 螺纹连接以其结构简单、拆装方便、形式多样、连接可靠、互换性好等优点,在机械及各种工程中应用十分广泛,对螺纹连接松动的原因和防松方法进行了概述,介绍了几种新型的螺纹连接方式,同时根据国家标准对相关螺纹连接组合进行了横向振动试验,对试验结果进行了分析,对多种螺纹连接形式是防松效果进行了验证,为工程设计中紧固件选用提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract: Thread joint has serveral advantages such as simple structure, convenient dismounting,various format,reliable joint,good interchangeability,therefore it is widely applied in machinery and engineering equipments.The cause and the anti loosening method of thread joint is researched,And several new anti-Loosening methods of thread are introduced.At the same time,some transverse vibration testing are implemented on a group of thread joints according to the national standard.The result of the test proves the anti loosening effect of several thread joint, and provides some reference for thread selecting in structure design field.
