冲击波超压测量数据处理方法研究

摘要: 为规范毁伤试验中冲击波测量数据处理流程,基于冲击波传播的区域关联原理,提出了冲击波测量数据的自动批量预处理方法,利用自适应滤波方法对噪声进行滤波处理,以冲击波到达时间范围内存在阶跃波形为准则完成测量数据的有效性检验,利用均值法实现了冲击波超压的提取。实现了冲击波测量数据的高效、自动化批量处理,提高了数据处理精度。

Abstract: To standardize the processing flow of shock wave measurement data in damage experiment, an automatic batch processing method for shock wave measurement data were proposed based on the regional correlation principle of shock wave propagation. The adaptive filter was used in noise processing. The validity test of measurement data was realized by confirming the existence of step waveform in the time range of shock wave arriving at sensor. Mean value method was used to extract shock wave overpressure. Shock wave measurement data processing is efficient and automatic batch processing. The accuracy of data processing is improved.
