摘要: 对于以往装备系统效能评估,人们更多关注装备的技术能力,而忽视了人对装备效能影响的关注。在分析航空装备系统效能特点的基础上,针对新形势下装备定型/鉴定试验要求,提出一种基于人为因素的装备系统效能改进评估方法,并建立了航空装备系统效能评估人因系数模型,有效解决了以往系统效能评估中未充分考虑人为因素影响的问题,使得装备系统效能评估结果更贴近部队外场使用实际。

Abstract: For the previous evaluation of equipment system effectiveness,people pay more attention to the technical ability of equipment and ignore the influence of human on equipment effectiveness.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the effectiveness of aviation equipment system,a human factor based equipment system effectiveness evaluation method is proposed for the equipment qualification test requirements under the new situation.The human factor coefficient model for evaluating the effectiveness of the aviation equipment system is established,which effectively solves the problem of not fully considering the influence of human factors in the previous system effectiveness evaluation and makes the equipment system effectiveness assessment results more closely related to the actual use in the field.
