一种毛纽扣柔性电气连接组件设计方法

摘要:

超微小型飞行器内部各设备的电气连接,主要依靠传统的引出导线焊接的方式完成。这种方式存在装配效率低下、容易出错、焊接导线易折断、调试困难等问题;普通的导线型电缆和电连接器操作方便,但是体积太大,无法适应超微小型飞行器的需求。提出一种用于超微小型飞行器的毛纽扣柔性电气连接组件设计方法,以毛纽扣组件作为连接器,以刚挠结合板作为传输线缆,结合飞行器结构三维设计,实现微小型飞行器内部各个电气设备的可靠电气连接。

Abstract:

The electrical connection of each device inside the ultra-micro aerial vehicle(UMAV), mainly relies on the traditional way of lead wire welding. There are many problems in this way, such as low efficiency, error-prone, easy to broken welding wire, difficult debugging, etc. Ordinary wire-type cables and connectors are easy to use, but too bulky to suit the UMAV. A design method of fuzz button flexible electrical connection component for UMAV is proposed. The fuzz button component is used as the connector, the rigid-flexible joint plate is used as the transmission cable, and the three-dimensional design of aircraft structure is combined to realize the reliable electrical connection of various electrical devices inside the UMAV.
