摘要: 对于导弹状态评估与决策问题,提出基于组合赋权-改进灰色关联分析的导弹状态评估决策方法。通过分析导弹状态的影响因素,构建导弹状态参数指标体系,在此基础上,运用改进灰色关联分析方法对导弹状态进行评估并给出决策。由于灰色关联分析仅能给出待选导弹状态关联系数的排序,不能反映导弹的真实状态,为此引入最低状态参数比较序列对其进行改进,从而得到客观导弹状态。灰色关联分析指标权重的确定是决定评估准确性的关键因素,为平衡主观赋权与客观赋权的利弊,运用模糊层次分析法和熵权法组合的权重确定方案。通过算例分析并与传统方法进行比较,验证了该评估决策方法的可行性与准确性。

Abstract: For the problem of missile condition evaluation and decision,a method of missile condition evaluation and decision based on improved grey relational analysis with combination weighting is proposed.By analyzing the influencing factors of missile state,the index system of missile state parameters is constructed.On this basis,the improved grey relational analysis method is used to evaluate the missile state and make decision.Because the grey correlation analysis can only give the order of the correlation coefficient of the missile state to be selected,it can not reflect the real state of the missile.It is improved by introducing the lowest state parameter comparison sequence to obtain the objective missile state.The determination of gray relational analysis index weights is a key factor in determining the accuracy of the evaluation.In order to balance the advantages and disadvantages of subjective weighting and objective weighting,the weight determination scheme of the combination of Fuzzy AHP and entropy weight method is used.Through the analysis of an example and comparison with traditional methods,the feasibility and accuracy of the method are verified.
