摘要: 利用贮存值班的固体运载火箭, 可以在24 h内将卫星送入目标轨道。针对灾害监测、热点冲突监视、区域信息增强、空间系统补网重构等典型突发事件, 基于贮存的固体火箭应急发射任务模式, 研究了基于综合成本评估的贮存管理机制、应急发射任务规划内容和方法, 制定了基于贮存状态的应急发射流程, 设计了自动化快速评估系统, 为快速响应固体运载火箭应急发射提供参考。

Abstract: Satellite can be put into orbit within 24 hours using solid rocket on storage watch.Some issues are studied for typical emergencies such as disaster monitoring, hotspot conflict monitoring, regional information enhancement, as well as space system reconstruction.The mode of emergency launch mission for solid rocket based on storage is discussed.The srorage management mechanism based on comprehensive cost assessment is established.The contents and methods of emergency launch mission planning are studied.The emergency launch technological process based on storage state is given.An automatic rapid assessment system is designed. A reference for the rapid response to the emergency launch of solid rocket is provided.
