便携式防空导弹装备现状及发展趋势分析

Analysis on Technical Status and Developing Trends of Portable SAMs

摘要: 近年来,局部战争表明传统低空、超低空空中作战对象,已增加隐身飞机、无人机、灵巧制导武器等目标,技术上呈现低红外特征、高机动、干扰防护强和集群化趋势,国际市场用户已不满足于传统便携式防空导弹作战性能和单兵肩扛的使用方式。深度研判国际用户新需求方向,系统性研究了国际市场主流第3代便携式防空导弹技术性能和交易情况,对国内外便携式防空导弹装备现状进行了对比,分析了新一代便携式防空导弹总体技术指标及分系统技术发展趋势,对其关键技术及解决途径进行了研究。新一代便携式防空导弹应具有拦截低红外特征目标、制导精度高、抗干扰性强、多任务、多平台扩展能力等特征,可为我国便携式防空导弹后续发展提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Traditional low & extra-low altitude threats have been widened in recent local wars.Targets such as stealth fighters,unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs),smart and guided weapons have emerged and technical features such as low-infrared,high-maneuverability,strong antijamming and clustering trends have been presented,which lead international military users to raise new requirements for portable surface-to-air missiles (SAMs) beyond their traditional combat performances and shoulder-firing mode.To make a deep research on new international market demands,systematically study on technique performances and transfer quantity of mainstream 3rd-generation portable SAMs,compare the technical status of available portable SAMs,analyze the system technical index and sub-system technical developing trends of new-generation portable SAMs,as well as research the key techniques and solutions.The result shows that new-generation portable SAMs should possesses features including low-infrared-target interception,high guidance accuracy,strong antijamming performance,multi-mission and multi-platform expansion capability.
