摘要: 针对试飞阶段军用飞机可靠性增长的特点,提出一种基于Gamma分布的军用飞机任务可靠性增长建模和评估方法。该方法分析了Gamma分布曲线特点及其与试飞阶段任务可靠性增长过程的符合性。通过某型飞机试飞数据应用,结果表明:该方法可用于试飞阶段军用飞机任务可靠性增长建模和评估。

Abstract: Considering the reliability growth of fighter plane during flight test stage,a mission reliability evaluation method based on Gamma distribution is proposed.The suitability of Gamma distribution to reliability growth process during flight test stage is analyzed.The effectiveness of the proposed method has been demonstrated by flight test data of an aircraft.The result shows that the method can be applied to mission reliability evaluation of military aircraft during flight test.
