导引头瞬态冲击环境辨识与天地差异分析

摘要: 某导引头在工作过程中出现功能失效,通过数据分析发现,导引头在发动机点火时刻出现异常,但产品在交付前通过了冲击试验考核。为了分析失效原因,开展了导引头的传递特性试验,基于遥测点时间历程,辨识出导引头安装端面的瞬态冲击环境。通过与地面试验对比发现,现有环境考核方式不能完全覆盖实际使用环境,为故障定位和试验改进提供了重要依据。该研究可以为其他产品环境条件分析制定提供借鉴。

Abstract: A seeker is failed during operation.The data analysis reveals that the seeker is abnormal at the moment of engine ignition,but the product has passed the shock test examination before delivery.In order to find the cause of failure,a transfer characteristic test of the seeker is carried out,and then the transient shock environment of the installation section is identified based on the time history of the telemetry position.Through comparison with ground tests,it is found that the current environmental assessment methods can't fully cover the actual use environment,which provides an important basis for fault location and test improvement.The research can provide reference for the analysis and formulation of environmental conditions of other products.
