基于模糊-ADC的反舰导弹武器系统效能评估方法研究

Research on Effectivess Evaluation Method of Anti-Ship Missile Weapon System Based on Fuzzy-ADC Model

摘要: 如何有效地对反舰导弹武器系统在对抗条件下进行效能评估是提升反舰导弹武器作战效能的重要举措。以ADC(analog-to-digital converter)模型为基础,全面分析影响反舰导弹作战能力体系的各个要素、要素特征及效能指标,建立了评价指标体系;利用AHP(analytic hierarchy process)层次分析法确定各子指标的权重向量,采用模糊综合评判法计算出各子指标的能力值;最后使用指数法计算各指标的能力值,建立反舰导弹武器系统作战效能评估模型。同时通过分析不同指标对反舰导弹武器系统整体的敏感性,为未来反舰导弹的研发和使用提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: How to effectively evaluate the effectiveness of anti-ship missile weapon system under the condition of confrontation is an important measure to improve the combat effectiveness of anti-ship missile weapon.Based on ADC model,the factors is comprehensively analyzed,characteristics and effectiveness indexes that affect the anti-ship missile combat capability system,and establishes the evaluation index system.Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight vector of each sub-index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to calculate the capability value of each sub-index.The capability value of each index is calculated by using the index method to establish combat effectiveness evaluation model of anti-ship missile weapon system.The sensitivity of different indicators is analyzed to the whole anti-ship missile weapon system,to provide reference for the future development and use of anti-ship missile.
