Argument Analysis Method of Equipment Technical System Based on Capability Gap

摘要: “需求牵引、技术推动”是装备体系建设发展的主要规律。围绕能力需求、装备建设、技术发展三者关系,研究提出基于能力空间和能力缝隙的技术体系论证分析基本框架,构建了以现有能力分析、目标能力分析、能力缝隙评价、能力-装备-技术映射、技术体系结构视图模型构建等为主要内容的技术体系论证分析基本方法和过程,通过分析装备体系的能力缝隙,构建与之对应的装备技术体系结构,为装备技术体系论证分析提供一种可借鉴的方法流程。

Abstract: “Demand traction and technology promotion” is the main law of equipment system construction and development.Focusing on the relationship among capability requirement,equipment construction and technology development,the basic framework of technology system demonstration and are put forward and analyzed based on capability space and capability gap,and the basic method and process of argument analysis of technical system,including the existing capability analysis,target capability analysis,capability gap evaluation,capability-equipment-technology mapping,technology architecture view model construction,etc.are put forward.By analyzing the capability gap of equipment system,the corresponding equipment technical architecture is constructed,which provides a reference method flow for argument analysis of equipment technical system.
