空间功率合成技术在干扰领域的关键问题分析

摘要:

空间功率合成是大功率射频设备研制的关键技术之一。针对现有导航干扰设备体积过大、功率较低和带宽较窄等问题,通过对功率合成技术研究现状进行总结,重点对空间功率合成技术的主要类型进行了深入分析。在此基础上简要对比了空间功率合成中各类数字波束合成技术类型的优缺点。同时基于导航干扰领域发展现状,对空间功率合成技术在导航干扰领域应用的技术瓶颈进行了分析,并从器件功率容量、电磁兼容要求和信号工作带宽方面总结了有待解决的问题,提出了导航大功率射频干扰站研制方向。

Abstract:

Spatial power combining is one of the key technologies for the development of high-power radio frequency (RF) equipment. Navigation jamming equipment confronts problems such as excessive volume, low power, and narrow bandwidth. Hence, this study summarizes the current status of research on power combining technologies and makes an in-depth analysis of the main spatial power combining technologies. On this basis, it briefly compares the advantages and disadvantages of various digital beamforming techniques in spatial power combining. Moreover, given the development status of navigation jamming, it analyzes the technical bottlenecks in the application of spatial power combining technologies in navigation jamming. This paper also summarizes the problems to be solved in terms of the power capacity of devices, electromagnetic compatibility requirements, and operating bandwidth of signals and puts forward the development direction of high-power RF navigation jamming stations.
