摘要: 军用飞机等武器装备系统日趋复杂,武器装备系统的故障规律也越来越复杂。维修是保持武器装备质量特性的重要手段,合理的度量维修行为对可靠性以及维修成本的影响,是衡量装备保障效能,预计装备可靠性的必要基础,也是装备在役考核的重要内容。基于复杂装备的服役数据,采用Gamma分布模型拟合其寿命分布,并结合装备的实际维修过程,设计正态分布的役龄回退模型度量装备的随机维修效果,在此基础上构建了定周期预防性维修和机会维修的装备维修成本模型。以某型飞机舰载信息探测系统为例进行了算法验证,分别对构建的寿命分布模型、不完全维修模型以及维修成本模型进行了比较。结果表明:该方法可更加准确地反映出装备在实际服役环境下的可靠性水平、维修效果和维修成本。研究方法和结果可为复杂装备在使用、保障、在役考核以及改进设计等提供决策方法和依据。

Abstract: Military aircraft and other weapon equipment systems are becoming more and more complex,and the failure rules of complex equipment systems are also becoming more and more complicated.Maintenance is an important means to maintain the quality characteristics of equipment.Reasonable measurement of the effective of maintenance behavior on reliability and maintenance costs are important for equipment support,reliability predicting and support effectiveness.A reliability model for complex equipment is fitted by Gamma distribution based on service data,and through the actual maintenance process of the equipment,a service life regression model based on the normal distribution is designed to measure the random maintenance effect of the equipment.Then cost model of equipment maintenance for preventive maintenance and opportunistic maintenance are constructed.Taking an aircraft carrier information detection as an example,the built life distribution model,imperfect maintenance model and maintenance cost model are verified respectively.The results show that the presented method can reflect the reliability and maintainability of the equipment in the real service environment more realistically.Research methods and results can provide decision-making methods and basis for the design,service and support evaluation of complex equipment.
