摘要:

当前,在高超防御体系建设方面,美国强势领先,俄罗斯稳步推进。面向高超声速威胁、着眼未来高超防御作战需要,提出应从设计顶层合理架构、发展一体协同装备、探索联合对抗策略和开展体系评估研究等4个方面加速高超声速飞行器防御体系顶层建设步伐,探索提升高超防御作战能力、维护国家战略安全的发展道路。

Abstract:

At present, in the construction of hypersonic defense system, the United States has a strong lead and Russia has made steady progress. Facing hypersonic threats and focusing on the needs of future hypersonic defense operations, the top-level construction of hypersonic vehicle defense system is proposed. It should be accelerated from four aspects, including designing the top-level reasonable structure, developing integrated collaborative equipment, exploring joint countermeasure strategy and carrying out system evaluation research, to explore the development path of improving hypersonic defense combat capability and maintaining national strategic security.
