Closed-Loop Simulation Model Design for Surveillance Radar Antijamming

Surveillance radar antijamming closed-loop simulation is of great significance for researches on radar system antijamming performance improvement and new kinds of jamming patterns. Total system signal grade simulation model, which can simulate jamming patterns like dense false target jamming, frequency spot jamming, sweep frequency jamming, and antijamming measures such as sidelobe blocking, sidelobe cancellation etc., is designed by analyzing the simulation process of radar jamming and antijamming signals, building physical models of radar system, typical jamming patterns and antijamming measures. The function of simulation model is proved effective by comparing with the results of real equipment tests.

Pulse code modulation (PCM) technique has high ability of anti-jamming and has been widely used in ground test and flight test of spacecraft. To monitor the running state of the spacecraft, it is necessary to receive and display PCM data in real-time in the test process. A design method of PCM data real-time receiving system based on LabVIEW is presented. The real-time receiving and displaying of PCM data are realized by combining the data receiving card with the host computer program. The verification shows that the system can meet the requirement of spacecraft ground test.
