The difference in the structure of radar transmitters and the use of electronic devices determine the uniqueness of the radiation source. The emitter individual identification method based on new intelligent feature set is proposed. Firstly, the received signals are transformed in time-domain, frequency-domain, time-frequency domain, polarization domain, and the features are extracted, secondly, the new intelligent feature set of each radiation source is constructed. In order to improve the computing speed and remove redundant information, master feature of the new intelligent feature set are extracted using principal component analysis, and then by choosing the optimal RBF kernel function with support vector machine (SVM), the individual identification is realized. By simulating and verifying the signals of three radiation sources, the radiation source can be characterized uniquely with the new intelligent feature set. Under low SNR, the radiation source individual can be identified quickly and effectively, by simulating the CW,BPSK,LFM signal respectively, more than 85% recognition rate can be reached in more than 3 db SNR, which verifies the validity and feasibility of the method.

To the problem of several radars tracking several targets in ballistic missile defense, the cooperative detection task programming of multi sensor is investigated. Several chronological detection tasks are derived according to forecasted trajectories of targets. In each task, the optimal resource assignment of multi sensor is described by a 0-1 integer programming program. A cooperative detection scheme is obtained by solving all the problems. The constraints of detection capability and cooperative detection modes are observed. The task programming is demonstrated based on a hypothetical scenario of ballistic missile defense. The rational cooperative detection schemes are programmed. And several targets are tracked continuously and stably at various cooperative detection modes.

The concept of cognitive testability, which embodies the requirements of equipment development, network and intelligence, is the new development of equipment support theory based on information technology. The concept and principle of the cognitive testability, the prognostics and health management (PHM) and the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) are introduced; the difference between cognitive testability, RCM and PHM is analyzed; and the index system of the cognitive testability is introduced briefly. The necessity and feasibility of the cognitive testability are expounded. Cognitive testability is the future development direction of equipment testability and will produce a far-reaching impact on the development of equipment.
