Aiming at the problems such as unclear concept of equipment architecture contribution rate evaluation and few researches on evaluation methods， this paper further expounds the connotation and application scenarios of the contribution rate of equipment architecture based on structure， and constructs the evaluation method of equipment architecture contribution rate by using structural equation model. Taking the terminal defense equipment system as an example， it analyzes the specific operation process and method of structure contribution rate evaluation. The ability order of the combination scheme of different strike and intercept equipment is obtained， which can provide reference for equipment allocation and operational application.
