Intelligent unmanned weapons and equipment are playing an increasingly vital role in modern warfare and have become essential for replacing and assisting soldiers in combat. In unmanned battlefields, rear commanders monitor the battlefield environment through communication. Given the limited bandwidth of military communication equipment, a method for real-time point cloud transmission and remote map presentation is proposed and implemented. The method first estimates the real-time pose using the FAST-LIO algorithm, then compresses the 3D point cloud (keyframe) using the Draco algorithm, and transmits the real-time pose and point cloud via Protobuf-UDP. Finally, the SC-PGO algorithm is used to optimize and generate the global map. This is the first engineering solution to achieve real-time point cloud compression and transmission based on the ROS platform. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method provides effective compression and stable transmission quality for real-time point clouds, addressing the challenges of point cloud transmission and remote map presentation under low-bandwidth wireless conditions, and enabling commanders to perceive the battlefield environment in real time.

Modern Defense Technology    2024, 52 (4): 45-57.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1009-086x.2024.04.005

Due to the magnetic saturation characteristic of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM), there is no effective method to analyze the radial electromagnetic force on the stator of PMSM. It is also disadvantageous to suppress the electromagnetic vibration and noise of the motor in the early stage of design and development. An analytical calculation model of electromagnetic force is presented to solve the problem of rotor unsymmetrical magnetic saturation of IPMSMs. By combining the winding function method with the equivalent magnetic circuit method, the magnetic dynamic potential of the motor considering the electromagnetic saturation is derived. The equivalent air gap permeability of the motor is calculated by using Carter factor. The air gap magnetic field model is established by the method of magnetic potential multiply permeability, and the analytical model of the radial electromagnetic force of the motor is finally established by the Maxwell stress equation. Finally, the accuracy of the model is verified by finite element method. The model can reflect the relationship between the electromagnetic force and the structure parameters of the motor, and is helpful to improve the structure of the motor quickly in the design stage to suppress the electromagnetic vibration and noise.

Modern Defense Technology    2024, 52 (3): 170-179.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1009-086x.2024.03.021

In order to reveal the influence of current time harmonics on the electromagnetic vibration and noise of the motor, the radial electromagnetic force of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) fed by frequency converter is analyzed and calculated with Maxwell stress equation, the order and frequency of radial electromagnetic force are analyzed theoretically. It is pointed out that the electromagnetic vibration and noise produced by the motor in low frequency and middle-high frequency can be aggravated by the power supply of the inverter. Taking a 48-slot 8-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example, the electromagnetic finite element model and structure finite element model of the motor under the condition of inverter and sine wave power supply are established respectively. The vibration response and noise change of the motor under these two power supply modes are compared by ANSYS multi-physical field simulation, and the correctness of the analytical analysis is verified.
