基于作战使用样式的实航工作可靠度评估方法

摘要: 近年来,随着长航时新型水中兵器的研制,采用基于试验条次成败的方法来对其实航工作可靠度进行评估倍受争议。一方面,用大量短航时试验的结果评估长航时工作可靠度,缺少对航时(规定的工作时间)的考虑,评估结果可信度低;另一方面,实施大量的长航时可靠性试验,受试验经费、研制周期限制,不可控因素多,试验风险较高,且与其他战技指标的考核相分离,试验效率和数据运用效率不高。为此,基于作战使用样式,并结合水中兵器可靠性指数分布特性,提出了一种实航工作可靠度试验与评估方法,兼顾考核的充分性与可行性要求,可用于水中兵器可靠性工程实际。

Abstract: In recent years,because of the development of new underwater weaponwith long navigation time and distance,navigation reliability assessment method which based on success or failure often in tests is debated.One side,utilizing short navigation test data to assess reliability doesn’t consider the navigation time resulting in the low trustiness,on the other hand,performing adequate long navigation reliability tests is not only restricted on expenditure,development period and high risk,but also affected by the divorce from the other functionality and performance test,which brings about the low test efficiency and the insufficiency of data using.Therefor,based on the mission performing mode and combined with the exponential reliability distribution of underwater weapons,a method for actual navigation reliability test and assessment is proposed,which gives consideration to feasibility and practicability requirments and is adaptable to reliability engineering practice of underwater weapons.
