装备作战试验评估指标体系构建研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 着眼当前装备实战化考核任务急需,首先厘清了装备作战试验评估指标体系构建的目标定位、范围界定,提出了“面向需求基于使命的作战试验评估思路”,在此基础上,给出了评估指标体系的构建和优化方法,最后分析了指标体系合理性检验重点。相关研究可为开展装备作战试验评估提供理论参考。

Abstract: Focused on the badly need of real battle assessments,clarified the target location and concept of evaluation indicator system for equipment operational test at first,and then proposed an evaluation idea of operational test based on need and mission.On this basis,gave the construction method and optimization method of evaluation indicator system.Finally,analysed the focus of test for indicator system rationality.The result have reference significance for equipment operational test.
