摘要:

针对当前空袭目标威胁评估中采取AHP法确定指标权重时存在单一专家确定的权重系数主观性过强的不足,提出了一种基于聚类组合赋权的空袭目标威胁评估方法。采用聚类分析下的群组AHP法从专家经验能力和对给定问题的认识程度2个方面确定专家权重,得到指标主观权重;与变异系数法得到客观权重进行组合得到最终权重,构建引入Einstain算子的模糊综合评估模型,计算得到目标的威胁度值。通过仿真实验和对比分析证明了该方法的有效性和合理性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the shortcoming that the weight coefficient determined by a single expert is too subjective when the AHP method is used to determine the index weight in the current air attack target threat assessment, an air attack target threat assessment method based on cluster combination weighting is proposed. The group AHP method based on cluster analysis is used to determine the expert weight from the two aspects of expert experience ability and the degree of knowledge of a given problem, and then obtains the subjective weight of the indicator; by combining with the objective weight obtained by the coefficient of variation method, the final weight is obtained, and then a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model introducing the Einstain operator is constructed to calculate the threat degree value of the target. The effectiveness and rationality of the method are proved by simulation experiments and comparative analysis.
