储运条件下固体火箭发动机响应研究综述

Abstract: During the process of storage and transportation, the solid rocket motor (SRM) mainly bearing temperature and random vibration loads. The safety of the rocket grain is possibly affected by the stress-strain concentration in the instantaneous action and the performance degradation of the propellant in the long-term dynamic loads. The characteristics and rules of the response of SRM under different temperature loads, such as solidification and cooling, low temperature and the cycling temperature loads are analyzed. Also that under different vibration loads, such as ship borne vibration and suspension flight loads are summarized. Finally, an advise to research the response of solid rocket motor under storage and transportation conditions is proposed as the reference in researching the structural integrity at the corresponding conditions.

摘要: 储运条件下,固体火箭发动机主要经历温度载荷和振动载荷作用,药柱在瞬时作用下的应力应变集中或在长期作用时的性能退化均可能会影响其使用安全。区分固化降温、低温载荷和循环温度载荷3种情况,梳理分析固体火箭发动机在不同温度载荷下的响应变化特点和规律;区分公路运输载荷、舰载振动载荷和挂飞振动载荷3种情况,梳理分析固体火箭发动机在不同振动载荷下的响应变化特点和规律,并提出开展储运条件下固体火箭发动机响应研究的建议,为其在储运条件下开展结构完整性研究提供了参考。
