Abstract:

The inherent vulnerabilities of satellite navigation systems in complex scenarios pose severe challenges to the reliability of positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) services, making resilient PNT technology the primary objective of current satellite navigation service architecture development. Based on resilient PNT theory, this paper proposed the concept of resilient navigation countermeasure and constructed a resilient navigation countermeasure framework. It analyzed the limitations of space-based PNT systems from three dimensions: navigation interference, flex power, and ionospheric disturbance, summarized existing anti-jamming resilient PNT technologies, and designed a resilient optimization strategy for space-based correction parameters during flex power operation to enhance user PNT service performance; it also proposed a resilient refinement method for the integrated space-ground ionospheric model to improve the reliability of ionospheric modeling in complex scenarios. By dynamically adjusting functional models and stochastic models, resilient PNT technology strengthens the adaptive capability of BeiDou PNT services in complex environments, providing theoretical support and technical pathways for high availability, high security, and high continuity of BeiDou navigation services.

摘要:

复杂场景下卫星导航系统固有的脆弱性对定位、导航与定时(PNT)服务的可靠性造成了严峻挑战,弹性PNT技术成为当前卫星导航服务体系建设的主要目标。基于弹性PNT理论,提出弹性导航对抗概念,构建弹性导航对抗框架。从导航干扰、弹性功率和电离层扰动3个维度分析天基PNT系统的局限性,总结现有抗干扰弹性PNT技术,设计弹性功率期间星基改正数弹性优化策略以提升用户PNT服务性能,提出星地一体电离层模型弹性精细化方法,提升电离层建模在复杂场景下的可靠性。弹性PNT技术通过动态调整函数模型与随机模型,增强了复杂环境下北斗PNT服务的自适应能力,为北斗导航服务的高可用性、高安全性与高连续性提供理论支撑与技术路径。
