Aiming at the problems of large equipment maintenance support tasks,limited support resources,extensive maintenance scheduling organization,and low support benefits.An equipment maintenance cost model,accurately calculates the equipment maintenance cost is established by using the activity-based costing method to analyze the relationships between equipment maintenance resource input and benefits,and also a multi-objective equipment maintenance optimization model is established,which is with the goal of the largest number of repaired equipment and the lowest average maintenance cost.Aiming at the characteristics of multiple model parameters and complex calculations,an improved hybrid nested particle swarm algorithm is designed based on a comprehensive use of particle swarm algorithm and genetic algorithm.A maintenance organization is taken as an example to carry out simulation calculations to verify the model and algorithm.The model and algorithm provide a certain theoretical basis for equipment maintenance decision-making.

In view of the current operational effectiveness evaluation of missile weapon systems,there are problems such as large hierarchical span,complex basic data,and many structural uncertain factors.Based on the mission and method framework,constructs an antiship missile combat index system,and combines the observe,orient,decide,act (OODA) combat loop idea to construct a system combat network model.Using the improved information entropy method,a scientific and accurate combat effectiveness evaluation method is proposed.The missile combat effectiveness is evaluated through specific examples,and the system contribution rate of the new antiship missile is calculated to be 16.2%,which verifies the feasibility of this method.

As a new type of electronic warfare equipment, the research on the operational use of floating corner reflector is basically blank. To correctly grasp the using time, a method to determine the effective interference distance of centroid jamming is put forward, and the timing of the centroid jamming under different operational backgrounds is analyzed. The methods are verified through simulation using two typical anti-ship missiles of subsonic and supersonic respectively, and the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical calculation. It provides a theoretical basis for the application of floating angle reflectors.
