末段反导装备资源配置优化研究

摘要:

作为末段高低两层反导作战的重要环节,战前的装备资源优化配置直接决定了反导作战效能的下限,同时也能极大程度提高反导作战效能上限。面对复杂多变的空天威胁,反导装备资源总是有限的,如何通过优化配置,实现对来袭目标的有效拦截意义重大。以弹道导弹来袭为想定背景,综合考虑保卫目标和反导武器装备效能因素,提出了保卫效益的概念,建立了末段反导装备资源配置模型,运用天牛须搜索算法(BAS)对具体模型进行求解,得出具体算例的优化配置方案,对区域反导作战战前筹划具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:

As an important link in the terminal high-and-low-level anti-missile operations, the pre-war optimal allocation of equipment resources directly determines the lower limit of anti-missile combat effectiveness. It also greatly increases the upper limit of anti-missile combat effectiveness. In the face of complex and changeable air and space threats, the resources of anti-missile equipment are always limited. How to intercept incoming targets through configuration optimization is of great research significance. The concept of defense benefits is proposed and the terminal anti-missile equipment resource allocation model is established by taking the incoming ballistic missiles as imaginary scenario,and considering the defense targets and the effectiveness of anti-missile weapons and equipment,The specific models are solved by using the Beetle Antennae Search (BAS). The optimized configuration plan of the specific calculation example is obtained, which has certain reference significance for the pre-war planning of the regional anti-missile warfare.
