海上编队传感器管理架构研究

Abstract: In the information based maritime battlefield,obtaining information superiority is one of the bases to guarantee the battle victory,and the sensor management is the key link to improve the overall sensor detection efficiency and achieve the information superiority.Firstly,analyzes the management requirements of maritime formation sensors,including the structure,function and management requirements of formation,platform and single sensor.Secondly,the overall architecture of sensor management for maritime formation which adopt a hybrid structure is studied,and the processing flow,input and output,processing principles of planning and real time scheduling,as well as an event driven sensor operational management technical framework are designed,so as to estabilish the top architecture of sensor management for naval formation.

摘要: 在信息化海战场,获取信息优势是保障作战胜利的基础之一,海上编队传感器管理是提升传感器探测整体效能,从而达成信息优势的关键环节。首先分析了海上编队传感器管理需求,包括组成结构、作用以及编队、平台、传感器各层级的管理需求;其次研究了海上编队传感器管理的总体架构,提出采用混合式的体系结构,设计了事前规划与实时调度2个方面的处理流程、输入输出及处理原则,以及事件驱动的传感器作战管理技术框架,从而建立海上编队传感器管理的顶层架构。
