改进突变级数法的雷达装备保障性评估模型

Supportability Evaluation Model of Radar Equipment Based on Improved Catastrophe Progression Method

摘要: 针对雷达装备保障性的影响因素繁多,且具有层次性的问题,根据雷达装备保障性的要求,构建了雷达装备保障性评估指标体系。采用综合调整法对初始综合值进行调整,以改进突变级数法中综合评估值整体接近于1的问题,从而更直观地反映评估值的大小与等级。设计了基于改进突变级数法的雷达装备保障性评估模型,通过实例表明该方法能科学、有效地评估雷达装备的保障性等级。

Abstract: In view of the factors affecting the supportability of radar equipment are numerous and hierarchical, according to the requirement of radar equipment supportability, an index system of supportability evaluation of radar equipment is constructed. The comprehensive adjustment method is used to adjust the initial comprehensive value, so as to improve the problem that the overall comprehensive evaluation value in the catastrophe progression method is close to one, thus more intuitively reflect the size and level of the evaluation value. A supportability evaluation model of radar equipment based on improved catastrophe progression method is designed. The example shows that this method can evaluate the supportability level of the radar equipment scientifically and effectively.
