防空导弹武器系统作战效能评估实战化改进模型

Abstract: In order to deepen the exploration of equipment operational effectiveness evaluation method,taking an air defense missile weapon system as the evaluation object,based on the ADC (availability dependability capacity) effectiveness evaluation model,the real combat elements are integrated into the model from four aspects of weapon system combat process,human factors,target characteristics and confrontation environment.The example shows that the operational effectiveness of the air defense missile weapon system under certain environment condition and mission background is evaluated comprehensively,reasonably and accurately through the real combat-like improvement of the evaluation model.

摘要: 为深化探索装备作战效能评估方法,以某型防空导弹武器系统为评估对象,基于ADC(availability dependability capacity)效能评估模型,从武器系统的作战流程、人的因素、目标特性、对抗环境4个方面对模型进行了实战化改进。示例显示,通过将上述4个方面的实战要素融入评估模型,较为全面、合理、准确地评估了某型防空导弹武器系统在一定环境条件和任务背景下的作战效能。
