基于FAHP-CM的舰船电力系统韧性评价研究

Abstract:

In view of the large uncertainty and subjectivity in evaluating the toughness of ship power system, a method of FAHP-CM for evaluating the toughness of ship power system is proposed by combining cloud model (CM) and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) on the basis of establishing the evaluation index system of ship power system. The method uses FAHP-CM to calculate the weights of evaluation indicators, which makes the weights more objective and accurate, simplifies the calculation process and improves the evaluation efficiency. The results of example analysis show that the proposed evaluation method can reflect the toughness of ship power system well, and can effectively solve the evaluation uncertainty and subjectivity problems, so that the evaluation results are more scientific and reasonable.

摘要:

针对当前评价舰船电力系统韧性具有较大的不确定性和主观性问题,在建立舰船电力系统韧性评价指标体系的基础上,将云模型(cloud model,CM)和模糊层次分析法(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,FAHP)相结合,提出FAHP-CM的舰船电力系统韧性评价方法。该方法利用FAHP-CM计算评价指标的权重,使权重更加客观准确,同时简化计算过程,提高评估效率。实例分析结果表明,所建立的评价方法能够很好地反映舰船电力系统的韧性,并能有效解决评价的不确定性和主观性问题,使评价结果更加科学合理。
