基于F-GERT网的OODA环交战链路效益评估方法

Effectiveness Evaluation Method for Battle Chain of OODA Loop Based on F-GERT Network

摘要: 以OODA环交战链路为研究对象,运用GERT网络技术和三角模糊数理论,建立了OODA环交战链路活动参数模糊评价矩阵,构建了OODA环交战链路F-GERT网络模型及对交战链路效益进行综合评估分析的模型,设计了基于该模型的效益评估分析流程,并以某防空作战中OODA环交战链路分析为例,对这种效益评估方法进行了验证,以便为OODA环交战链路优劣评价模型构建提供一种理论方法支撑。

Abstract: Research on battle chain of observe,orient,decide,act (OODA) loop,with the graphical evaluation and review technique (GERT) network technology and triangular fuzzy number theory,the fuzzy evaluation matrix of battle chain activity parameters of OODA loop is established,and the F-GERT network model and the effectiveness evaluation model of battle chain of OODA loop are constructed.The effectiveness evaluation analysis process is also designed.Finally,taking a battle chain of OODA loop in air defense operation for example,the effectiveness evaluation method is verified,which provides theoretical support for evaluating the battle chain of OODA loop.
