空防对抗杀伤链敏捷生成需求研究

Abstract:

Strike modes of powerful enemies’ air attacks present characteristics such as systematization, stealth, long-range capability, clustering, and unmanned operations, resulting in a significantly compressed response time for air defense confrontation and difficulty in rapidly closing kill chains. The key to air defense confrontation operations is accurately perceiving battlefield situations, dynamically forming combat formations, and flexibly utilizing cross-domain resources to agilely construct kill chains to strike enemy air attack forces. Based on an analysis of the connotation of the agile generation of air defense confrontation kill chains, this paper explored problems faced by the rapid closure of kill chains in typical air defense scenarios under a high real-time response warfare environment from two core processes: situational awareness and task allocation. This paper proposed requirements in three aspects: constructing a cross-domain kill web, implementing order-based strikes, and empowering each link of kill chains with intelligence, providing ideas for the real-time construction of kill chains for air defense game confrontation in the future.

摘要:

强敌空袭打击样式已呈现出体系化、隐身化、远程化、集群化和无人化等特点,导致空防对抗响应时间显著压缩,杀伤链难以快速闭合。空防对抗作战的关键是准确感知战场态势、动态构建战斗编组、灵活运用跨域资源以敏捷构建杀伤链打击敌方空袭力量。在分析空防对抗杀伤链敏捷生成内涵的基础上,从态势认知、任务分配2个核心过程探讨了高实时响应战争环境下典型空防场景杀伤链快速闭合面临的问题。提出了构建跨域杀伤网、实施订单式打击、杀伤链各环节以智赋能3个方面的需求,为未来即时构建空防博弈对抗杀伤链提供了思路。
